I had a ton of fun shooting this wedding with Liberty Photography – Lauren was a blast to work with, and I loved getting to know the bride and groom (and all their crazy friends!) Held at the beautiful Ormond Plantation in Destrahan, everything about this wedding was so beautiful – from the Mardi Gras details to the gorgeous Spanish moss-laden trees the ceremony was held in front of. Even the weather was perfect!
The hilarity of watching the groom try to tie his double Windsor knot was priceless. And how unique and sentimental was the bride’s gift to the groom? Key chains with coins from the year they met, the year they married, and the words, “Lucky Us.” Who wouldn’t love that?
