Um, how amazing did Anna look for her bridal session at the White Magnolia in Kentwood?
Seriously – this place is pretty iconic. It’s kind of a photographer’s dream, while also being pretty much every bride’s dream, too.
If you’re a country girl, like Anna, this place will fit you to a T. We started out photographing indoors while the light outside softened a bit. Even the lamp shades are stunning at this venue! We got some shots indoors against the beautiful, rustic interior, and then moved outside for a killer sunset.
Anna’s gown was all kinds of timeless. I can imagine her children seeing these images of her in her wedding dress years from now, and being totally blown away. It was lacy, and elegant, and was really set off by the White Magnolia’s stunning scenery.
Being a bit of a cowgirl, Anna was particularly interested in getting a few images with the wide, rolling pastures in the background. And, of course, I was happy to oblige!
I grew up as a bit of a country girl, myself. 😉
We finished up with some killer images by the lake, with the sunset reflected in the still waters. I love me some reflective surfaces!
I’m so lucky to have met this chick, and can’t wait to show off images from her big day!
