So you’ve heard the term “Fresh 48” – but what is it?
Baby Kai, here, is going to help me with a little show and tell session, today.

A Fresh 48 session is a session I perform at the hospital. Within the first 48 hours of your baby’s birth. We document every little moment from skin-to-skin time with mom and baby. To meeting dad, all the way through siblings and family meeting the new little price or princess for the first time. I love photographing this time. Because there are so many wonderful, meaningful moments packed into these first few days. These sessions are for couples who want beautiful images of the first few hours of their baby’s life, but may not opt for a full birth session.

Sharing nursing images online is completely at the family’s discretion. But I’m so glad that mom Leigha wanted these beautiful images shown! Mom and baby do some magical bonding during this time.
