Baton Rouge Wedding Photography at Holy Name of Jesus
Remember Brad and Whitney? These two totally awesome people? They got MARRIED, y’all – and it was every bit as much fun and sweet and memorable as could have been imagined. They had a large bridal party to support them on their big day. And every last one of them were so much fun to be around. We had a blast!
Whitney and Brad got ready at the Hilton in downtown Baton Rouge. Whitney’s room was packed with happy chaos all day. With girls running around everywhere, and kids jumping on beds (and then subsequently passing out cold when nap time ran late). Brad and the boys were up to typical boys-on-wedding-day shenanigans. Just hanging out and having fun once the formal gear was donned.
The {beautiful} ceremony was held at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in downtown Baton Rouge. And they held their reception at the historic Old Governor’s Mansion. These two looks absolutely amazing on their wedding day, as did all of their “people”. And we had one amazing party afterward! I loved how fun every single person I encountered on this day was. Everyone was just so happy for these two, and ready to get down! The band played all kinds of awesome Prince tribute songs, and had the crowd going all night long. <3
Here are a few of my favorite images (and moments!) from the day!
Whitney trying (unsuccessfully) not to cry while writing a note to her mom
Flower girls play hard. But they eventually crash even harder (keep scrolling for THOSE).

Selfie time with pretty makeup!
Whitney’s mom was an amazing seamstress. And made the junior bridesmaids’ dresses – she was perfecting everything until the absolute last second!
Love, LOVE this quiet moment bridal portrait.
Hear that? That’s the sound of Callie Grace CRASHING.
True friends, right there. Gotta stay balanced and, um, “hydrated” on your wedding day!
Brad and Whitney’s little boy was NONE too enthused about donning a vest.
Pretty sure she didn’t find her cake pull charm amusing.
Money dance time!
Watch that drink there, buddy.
Wait, you know what…never mind.
Man, I loved this kid.
