It was SUCH an honor, being there for Birth Photography of these guys, to be a part of their story and watching two become three.
These three right here, y’all…I couldn’t get enough. Carleigh and Eric are two absolutely wonderful first-time parents whom I had the pleasure of getting to know a few months ago. They’re awesome people, crazy about dogs, and were over the moon excited to meet their tiny little man, Mr. Ian. Even though he decided to come a bit earlier than his due date and it looked like he may have been a Christmas baby, that sweet little boy was no fool, and decided to wait until *after* Christmas Day to make his grand entrance.
More presents that way, kid – good call.

Carleigh absolutely rocked her unmedicated birth. Eric was there to provide a backup or two, as well as all the support a girl could wish for!
Getting some screen time to make sure Ian’s cousin and future BFF could get in on the excitement!

The connection between these two was magic! Carleigh had the best attitude of anyone in excruciating pain that I know!

Moms hurt when their kids hurt – no matter how old they get.
This is when it really sunk in! We’re having a baby!
